Quarq Recalibration

Send your Quarq back for recalibration using known weights to ensure the best accuracy for your training. We will also check all the diagnostics and update firmware if needed (Riken/Elsa/Red/Specialized/Cannondale only). We will require your rings to be included to calibrate. Please ensure the crank is clean before sending or there will be an additional charge.

If you need to ship any non powertap product to us for testing, repair or evauluation then please us this returns form .  Once you click submit it will email you a returns number and the address to ship it.
