First Day is Introduction.
Second Day is Advanced.
DAY 1
Start at 9am sharp!
1. What is Power? - Why is it important, Advantages and Disadvantages and what we can learn from them
2. Power tools-
a. Hardware - Differences between each Power meter.
b. Software- Overview of how software turns the ‘toy’ into a ‘tool’.
3. Where to begin? - FTP, Power levels, Power Profiling.
4. Sample workouts - How to build workouts for training with power.
----------LUNCH----------------
5. TSS(show various rides and TSS Scores for them), IF, NP ;
6. Tracking Changes in Fitness - Historical views, Athlete home page, bulk import, chalk board, etc. - Interpreting the data – individual file analysis. - Racing with a power meter.
Case studies and examples of using it.
7. Performance Manager- Introduction and case study.
8. Putting it all together- wrap –up
Finish at 5:00- 5:30pm.
Day 2-
9am Start
1. Case Studies- More in depth look at individual files and their meaning.
2. Quadrant Analysis and Strength endurance.
3. Performance Manager –More in depth case studies.
4. Analysis of Attendees Files. I will have time to analyze 2 lucky attendees files. Please bring all your files on a USB drive, so I can download them easily.
5. Conclusion and questions.
