Payments above are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are in GB Pounds.
Payments via Direct Debit will be taken once per month. Payments via credit/debit card will be taken every 28 days, this method of payment incurs a 3% surcharge.
- The desposit will be returned via your credit/debit card or by cheque upon return of the equpiment in good condition and in working order.
- Contracts are for a minimum of 3 months and are therefore subject to the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
- At the end of the 3 months minimum term you may cancel by giving 14 days notice in writing.
- Cancellation: You have the right to cancel this Contract and obtain a full refund of any money paid by notifying us in writing within 7 working days from the date on which you receive the Equipment.
On expiry of this 7 day period this Contract can only be cancelled in accordance with our Terms and
