Hunter Allen confirmed as speaker for Bikeradar/Cyclepowermeters Seminars
Seminar will be held in Rugby at Lawrence Sheriff School, Warwickshire, CV21 3AG.

Hunter Allen is holding two 1-day seminars (Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th of March 2012)
Hunter Allen is owner of the Peaks Coaching Group, Inc., co-developer of CyclingPeaks Software WKO+, and co-author of "Training and Racing with a Power Meter". He is *the* recognized expert on power training.
In conjunction with Cyclepowermeters Limited, this is the first UK seminar since 2008 by Hunter and an opportunity to access all his experience and knowledge about power training.
These seminars are designed for serious athletes (cyclists, duathletes,sportive, track riders & triathletes) or their coaches.
As an attendee, you will learn how to use your power meter and how to use it more effectively. Also what is the correct training plan for your strengths and weaknesses. And specific testing protocols that are usually reserved for only the top professionals.
The program for these sessions is:

10:30 - 12 Hunter Allen lecture part 1
12 - 13 Lunch
13 - 15 Hunter Allen lecture part 2
15 - 17 Optional breakout groups with experienced coaches to discuss your training issues.

This is ideal for getting an overview of power training and would be a *must* for anyone who owns or is thinking of getting a power meter.
